  • One-on-one Questionnaire Review Phone Call
  • Customized Menus in 7-10 Business Days from the date of the questionnaire review call
  • Your Personal Recommended Macronutrient Breakdown
  • Four (4) Customized Menus according to your macro type. Please note: the four (4) customized menus are for you to rotate and use as you choose. One (1) menu is meant for one (1) day of meals, and you can prep as many days as you wish. 
  • Customized Training Plan via the GGT app for your macro type tailored for your preferences of home or gym, physical limitations, equipment availability, as well as time constraints.
  • You will receive an email invitation to activate your account to access your Custom Plans via app or website.

Due to the nature of our digital downloads and upon purchasing, you will have immediate access to copyrighted and proprietary material. They are also deemed “used” after download or opening. Also, once downloaded, it remains in your possession forever. 

PLEASE NOTE: The digital product allows you up to 5 downloads. We recommend saving a permanent copy of this file to iBook’s, Google Drive, or Dropbox for future reference. You can also get them printed out.

 

ALL custom plans must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless you let us know in advance via email. Gauge Girl Training reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

Gauge Girl Training is able to make adjustments as needed for those who purchased with coaching package; however, the recommendations are designed to support the individual’s goals as described in the questionnaire. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

As you receive your custom plan(s), please sure to save it on your hard drive as it will only be stored in our database for the duration of your program, e.g., 30 days – 4week custom meal plan; or depending on the duration of your program purchased.

Once delivered, they are yours. We recommend printing them off while you have access. Once they are deleted, unfortunately, the file(s) is/are unrecoverable. If you need instructions how to print your custom plan(s), please feel free to email us at info@gaugegirltraining.com
